Having a sporting event? Why not book it at the Guy/Donnelly Sportex. This arena is capable of holding a hockey tournament and various activities as it has a large hall and parking lot.
Adjacent to the Guy/Donnelly Sportex is the Smoky River Agricultural Fair Grounds. You can host a range of activities. We have 2 baseball diamonds, horse area that hosts a Gymkhana from the spring to the fall. A motor sports area for mud bogs, demolition derbies and much more!

Falher: Canada’s honey capital and home to the largest man-made bee. Falher offers many services and places to stay. It is the largest town in the MD of Smoky River and home to a large francophone community. It is located only 5 minutes West of Donnelly.
Girouxville: This quaint francophone village offers a variety of services and attractions including the Girouxville Museum and the Esquire Hotel (Hotel, Cafe and Bar). It is located only 10 minutes West of Donnelly.

MD of Smoky River Ski Hill: The Ski Hill is a great place for the whole family. The rail park, bully hill and runs of all levels from beginner to advanced make it a terrific place for both young and old!
