We would like to make our communities aware that there are scammers who are phishing for information by posing as Northern Lights Fiber representatives. This can be done by door-to-door, by phone calls and by email. If you are contacted by phone, caller ID will appear as Northern Lights Fiber, and door-to-door team members are wearing lanyards and an ID, and other printed material including business cards clearly denoting Northern Lights Fiber.
Please remember that we will only take payment information when you are booking your installation with us. Customers will also receive a link to a billing portal in their email to enter their billing information on their own, if they prefer this method. It’s important to protect your information and to ensure that you are speaking to an actual Northern Lights Fiber representative and employee, whether it be at the door, phone or by email.
