Smoky River Adult Learning is hosting two upcoming presentations on Employment Standards in Alberta, both taking place on June 9, 2025 (please note: this is a new date due to a postponement).
- 6:00 PM – For individuals who hold work permits in Alberta
- 7:15 PM – For Albertans, including Permanent Residents
Both sessions are relevant to employees and employers. Attendees are welcome to join virtually or attend in person at the MD Building in Falher (please note: the in-person attendees will also be joining the virtual session from this location).
This is a valuable opportunity for youth entering the workforce to learn about their rights as employees.
Pre-registration is required for virtual attendance from home in order to receive the Zoom link.
